As for “save and quite” it is saving a backup of the project(only if automatic backups is on). Go to the ‘my backups’ page to restore any version.
I think they should add an option to leave the project without a backup happening though.

I’m pretty sure about this because I’ve had a project crash while I was editing it and when I came back to it all the stuff I added was there (my behaviour positioning was messed up though, had to clean them up). Only way to get a previously saved version is to either keep duplicating your project, or trying to find it in iCloud backups.

It was super fast, for quite a while, but just recently started stalling out horribly. Oddly, during a time I've added almost nothing to it.

Also, I think that when you play your project or drag in a behaviour it autosaves (Very useful - I’d of lost heaps of work if this weren’t implemented)

I think the project only starts uploading to the cloud (if you enabled it) when you’re back in your project list.
