<p dir="auto">I know that this is a long debated topic, so here’s a bare-bones project showing the parent and spawnee. All behaviors are in the two visible custom graphic objects. It should be apparent what the functionality difference is in the parent and the children are after tapping on each once.</p>

Connecting them both (while still keeping it an "else if") seems to be a workaround, like this:<br />
