Congrats on the work!
ups: really love the idea, the OWL looks good, stealth/run with a twist id pay and play, love the font you use.
(what is the font ?)
downs: the particles effects give the impression that they are not used for the right purpose (i would refine them or skip and replace them), the OWL is too crowded with lines, the main character I would do it more pointy and not so round, no parallax used ...Any way I do like the idea of it a lot.
