Unsolved I will create an app, and then go to edit it one day later and it will say “No permissions” is this becau se I’m using the app without WiFi? Can somebody help?

I was not aware that certain tiers could not edit offline. How do I know which tier I’m on? When I upgraded for more levels I don’t remember which tier I signed up for?
