Set show FPS and other testing to always on

Everytime i hit play i constantly want to see the fps counter. There are also times im constantly looking at the object boundaries. Is there a way to set these to show always so i dont have to constantly keep pausing my game just to select these features on? I looked under the global settings and i dont see this option. Unless im looking right at it and completely missing it. Or does this not exist?
