Does get atribute get the behaviours of an obect and set atribute put the behaviours on another one

No, it doesn't. In order to do that, you would make the set attribute value the value of the behavior as "chain" logic. Then you could use a started touching behavior to get that attribute, and therefore the current behavior. It's just a system I made up to help myself debug.
