      Running at 240Hz physics time step is the only "work-around" solution, but only provides smooth movement to 1/4 speed, or 25% game speed.

      Below that, stepping becomes obvious, even for relatively slow objects, and very obvious if a camera is set to follow an object with physics, as the whole scene stutters.
