Else doesn't work in loaded Scenes

Load a scene. A loader scene.
Have it load another scene that's got Elses in it.
Most of the Elses (but not all) will fail to work in the loaded scene,.
This is a problem because it's a problem.
But also because those same Elses will work correctly if their scene is run directly from the editor.
