Floating point conditionals fail to equate

When using an If-Else on Refrenced and rapidly changing floating point numbers, occasionally using Greater than/less than will fail when the numbers are within 1 of eachother. This issue is resolved by subtracting 1 from one of the participants assuming the case allows.
