@Jack8680 Thanks for the heads up I'll make sure to alter the size of objects to fit it onto a grid easier! As for Kenny.nl assets I've never really been a fan. I've seen most of them but don't really like them so I will continue with what I have done and just fix all the angles. Also if you know are the shadow right? Or should there be a slight overhang shadow on the bridge?

@DGames135 Mad Bouncer was an amazing game that lots of people enjoyed but it's not the sort of game that requires 'updates' for new features and that's why players didn't think as much of it quickly. My suggestion is to focus on a new game and if you want it to stay famous for a long time make sure to update it often (1/week) but make sure each update contains an AMAZING new feature to want players to continue to play the game. Look through the hub, find the most liked/featured game then recreate it but change it greatly and prep it so that you can easily add Awesome features in later updates! Good Luck the choice is yours 👍

2.5D as some refer to. All I think I need is a jumping animation really and just give it an overall game feel add GUI Like a pause and progress I'll also make the background a lot more cooler plus add small slightly transparent block to add extra effect

@T-Studios said in Super Mario Run: "I think its good, but not perfect" A year later, you will look back on this project and scream in agony from how bad it is. (But rlly, a year or two later you will look back and cringe) (Also, it isnt just you. The only developer on here I can look back on with a perfect record is SirD4sh. Infact, I consider your games better than ALOT of the stuff uploaded to the hub.) Everyone gets better with each game they make. Even Sird4sh has made amazing progress. No one is perfect when they start, but keeping at it and taking in user feedback really helps. Never stop learning and trying new things :). One important part is to give users feedback and help them. In this case, your comment isn't that helpful. You're. Not giving any feedback that can help make this game better. You're simply saying it's not perfect. How is he supposed to improve with this comment? Say what's wrong, give ideas or solutions to the problems you think it has. As for this game, I left a comment on the hub. Basically, it's not a good Mario run remake, since it doesn't auto run. It's missing the main element that makes super mario new and exciting. At this point it's a pretty decent regular Mario game, which is fine. But you're calling it super mario run, so it's a bit misleading.

Part III: Brainstorming Screen Layouts I’ve had a few ideas about how I might arrange things to make the screens more interesting visually (and to accommodate some of the changes I want to make with the game.) First up is the Player Selection screen. I’d like to get away from using Player One, Player Two, etc., so I’m considering use of characters. Each player could select a character they’d like to have representing them (not unlike Clue.) If only one character portrait was selected this would initiate a single player game vs. an AI. If two to four portraits were selected then it would initiate the multiplayer version of the game. [image: 7dc60f66-d36b-419b-956a-365c9ef2d90e.jpg] The Player Ready screen would use the character portrait to indicate which player goes next. [image: 1fea75dd-3e9c-4241-b335-c33e2b5b540c.jpg] And the character portraits would appear on the bottom of the game screen along with their collected gems so you can tell how everyone is doing when it is your turn. (The active player’s character would be highlighted.) Another change to the game screen would be to eliminate the current pig counter – which is confusing at best – and replace it with a visual representation of the three members of the expedition team. One team member would be crossed off for each uncountered pig attack. If the third member is crossed off then the team and any gems they collect have been lost. I considered coming up with character portraits for the team members as well but I think I’m going to leave them as faceless NPCs. From the view of the narrative they are replaceable and only as important as any gems they might have. Also, this way I won’t end up getting too emotionally attached to them and decide to bring them safely home when the better play would be to send them out for another round of gem gathering. [image: d47f6979-3ea9-4b13-8c20-ac7935b0d709.jpg] Finally, there’s the updated Help/Pause screen. The list of rules is going away because there will be an in-game tutorial to explain how to play. In its stead would be a cheat sheet of the likelihood of each result for each type of card... whatever they end up being. [image: fded0265-c306-4def-bf62-0ec610a19dd9.jpg]

Update time! Good evening BackTrackers! I hope you're all doing well today. I wanted to quickly post here in case anyone has any questions or reports on the update. So if you have any of the latter, just post them here. This might actually be my favorite update, as I'm very pleased with how the new levels and music turned out. So I hope you guys have as much fun playing it as I did making it!
