HyperPad crashing everytime I attempt to edit offline.....

@CAnesia I'll have to have a little think. This isn't where I was going with this. I was trying to introduce a range of complimentary ideas and aspects of programming in a subtle, inconspicuous manner, then reveal what they are later. Perhaps that's loading to much obscurity and layering needless complexity to the concepts and ideas, and distracting from a potentially cleaner, more focused, pointed narrative.

I am sorry for including it on my earlier message regarding my account issue. You already have a copy of the game right? Please have a look at level 2. Check out the first 6 monsters there. I simply use a broadcast message to score key behavior. What do you mean broadcasting 6 times? Is that a bug of the new version?

@Jack8680 spawn a particle object and use destroy object attached to play particles.

@Hamed In the most basic version, just force users (me) to use square images, in square values (64x64, 128x128, 256x256, 512x512 etc) as this is a pretty common limitation. Most designers and artists for games are used to this limitation.

I appreciate your input, and definitely see where you're coming from.

However, as it is now I don't see it as a huge deal. This issue affects a VERY small amount of hyperPad users.

Unlike most companies, we're fairly open on our development plans and take community feedback very seriously. We typically do as the community votes/requests. As of right now there has only be a few complaints of hyperPad users who are not happy with the splash, and the majority of them have been about redesigning it to suite their needs. If more users come forward we'll implement a change.

If you don't think this is a reasonable approach I'm happy to discuss it further via PM or email.
