Drag Selection Tool fails when something underneath touch

@Hamed If you have a screen with a few large objects on it, and they encompass most of the visual area, and begin touching on one of them, to begin a drag to select operation, the operation fails.
The underlying object is being selected, the drag movement isn't cancelling the selection to permit the drag operation.
