HTML Webview behavior

An easy way to allow video playback is to add a webview behvavior that accepts html and allows for callback URL. Similar to the open url behavior but it doesn’t open in a pop up.
This would be useful.
Perhaps a "SHOW HTML" behavior would be good. We could render HTML directly into the game (background opacity would be interesting)
