Feature Request: Frame Specific Animation Controls

Just as the title says.
Start, Pause, Resume Animation all to have frame specific controls:
eg.
Start Animation From Frame 12
Pause Animation at Frame 9
Resume Animation from Frame 3
@Deeeds Lol I don’t really like how animations work, so I do it the long way and use a chain of Set Graphics 😝
