Feature Request: Health Bars, Full Set Access

The only adjustment for Health Bars is the End percentage. But it would be very handy to be able to also animate the beginning point, too. Particularly for the circular health bars.

Also, while I'm on about health bars, the ability to get and set their graphics and their properties, too. And to move and rotate the "bar" relative to the parent would be awesome.
