Regular notifications not working

I've checked my hyperPad settings and my iOS settings and both have all notifications enabled. I received the two test notifications but I don't receive any others. I think this has been happening for a long time, I previously assumed it was my settings but I've checked now and I don't think it is.

@Jack8680 I don't get notifications either, and I have all the settings on as well.

Pretty sure this is something on our end.
We'll be trying a few things in the coming days to test it out. You may (hopefully) get a notification, let us know if you do.@Hamed mentioning you so you see this.
