My account says Indie, i do not have developer support or i would have used the express help. Yet, my credit card was billed for $10. I have been trying to revert back to Indie 2 whole months...my profile says That i successfully did but why am i still being billed? How can i get a refund?

Make sure you cancel through the iTunes/Apple subscription pages.
