Uploading to the "Hub"

Will anyone tell me how to upload to the hub because it is kind of confusing. Please and Thank You.

Hey, what parts are you confused about?
On your projects screen press the little cloud icon with the arrow pointing upwards.
This will bring up the form that you must fill out with your project details, including screenshots and icon.You must meet the minimum character limit, and your icon must be the correct size.
Is there a specific step, or part of the form that is confusing?
