How do you change you email in the forum? I've looked in all the settings and can't seem to find it.

It uses your hyperPad email. It's the same account. It's also not public only you can see your own email.
@Murtaza I just changed the email in Hyperpad, but it didn't change in the forum.

Ah ok, looks like that is the case. I enabled the ability for users to change their emails on the forum. So you can change it if you want from your forum profile.
