Now put it back into its context and it's a whole different meaning:
Also, how does it take that long for your projects to save? There must be something really wrong. Could you upload a screen video of it saving, it’s too unbelievable.
He's not expressing concern for my condition, or the situation. He's asking me to prove to him what is happening because he finds it unbelievable.
Now, just for arguments sake, let's imagine that it IS happening. Because it is happening this way.
Now I have to record the video for however long (it's longer now, I've added more graphics) and then imagine that I have to edit it (speed it up) and then compress it and then upload it.
To satisfy a relative stranger's curiosity.
That's where my response came from.
Next time you want to remove the context, probably best if you don't.

However, I suggest that you report this issue your having to the developer as they can potentionally fix this unexpected behaviour

He's coming just short of calling me a liar.
But instead of doing that, he asks me to waste 20+ minutes proving that I'm not.
That's far worse. I'd prefer he have the courage to call me a liar, if that's what he thinks.

I'm not asking help with this. It cannot be remedied.
It is the least of my problems.
And you're going in the wrong direction.
I'm much more interested in conceptual and holistic understanding.
If you don't understand or relate to that last sentence, don't worry. Just forget about it.
