When I try to weld-attach objects and lock their rotation, Weld Attach and Lock Rotation behaviors seem to disturb and lock rotation behaviors stop working. So I can't have weld-attached objects with locked rotation? :-/

Never mind, I managed to fix this by locking rotation of only the main object. Sorry for useless topic :P
