Deleting cloud backups

Hi Steve,
The cloud back up is in a state of limbo right now. It works, but there are some bugs like you mention here. Since the system works overall, and its not a feature thats used by the majority of the community we've currently prioritized other parts of hyperPad to fix in the mean time.
We'll get to it soon though!

Thank you…my only problem is my backup space is full which prevents me from saving most recent iterations.
Also, I became a developer years ago, but I only have 1g of space available…has this changed?
I tried to submit request for developer, but hP crashes.

Ok we'll look into getting it sorted quicker!
As for the developer subscription option, we removed the subscriptions within hyperPad years ago. Now there is a single tier and everyone gets it when purchasing hyperPad.
Not sure why you're still seeing the option to upgrade! Can you let me know where you're seeing the screen to upgrade to developer so we can take a look and correct it?

Ok we looked into deleting the cloud backups, and it seems to be working fine on our end.
Can you give us the steps you took that is giving an error where the backups were not deleting so we can fix it?Thanks!

When I save and quit it appears to be backing up, then I get a message saying there was a problem backing up, please try later.

Hmm we can't recreate this on our end.
This happens every time you quit editing a project?And what is the error you're getting when trying to delete a backup?

I can now backup a project I “own”. Robinson X is working on fixing the ownership issue.
From my iPad I can go to the backups and see them, but when I click on Delete Backup…nothing happens: no error message, no indication anything is happening.

Glad one issue is sorted. It sounds like it was just a weird permissions issue.I wonder if the cloud backup is being deleted, and the page is just stuck.
After a few moments, can you quit, and go back and see if the backup is gone from the list? -
I will try, but probably should wait until ownership issues are resolved. Agree?

It appears ownership has been resolved. However, viewing backups, clicking on delete, closing out, then re-opening to see if that deleted backup is gone does not work.

I can easily delete backups from my laptop....but not iPad
