Suggest: Health Bars

A few suggestions for health bars.
- Add a "cap" image for edges
- Add effects, such as never winters' ghost bar, or Heroes of Chaos' layered health bars
- add ability to link box container, when zero, health bar is empty, when box container == max value provided, health bar is full.
- Add an effect similar to windows' "waiting" animation, where a section travels across the bar.
