Ah, those are not even supported right now. The forum does not currently support Avatars. Or at least it shouldn't be allowing them.

I don't think it actually works though. If you enter a url to an image, I believe it won't work at all. I could be wrong though.
@Hamed told me custom avatars were disabled for now. -
