How can I fully describe my anger and frustration with this problem?
Certainly not within the bounds of civility and good manners, but this is beyond even that!
Back in April '24 I requested help with this...I received ZERO responses and ZERO help and ZERO solutions.
I suppose the support team is constantly overwhelmed, but I wonder if others are experiencing the same thing.
I ALWAYS assume user error first, or maybe its my iPad...I don't know, but at the very least I expect some sort of response or assistance since my last request for help back in April.
In the end, I'm not sure what else to do. I love this software and I do not want to switch to another, but if I can't edit my own games, what other choice do I have?

Maybe the emails got lost, but we responded to your original support email.
Your issue is you have multiple user accounts with hyperPad, and your project was originally created with one of your other accounts.
Now your projects are in a weird state. What you need to do is email us these projects so we can remove the permissions completely and they will then be assigned tot he correct account when you import/open again.Sorry for the delay, we will check our email system and see if it never sent from our end.
Happy holidays!

@Murtaza
To which email do I send them to? -
Robinson tried to fix permissions, but I could not access the files he sent back.
-
Also...I've tried repeatedly to delete the maizeblue@hotmail.com account but NOTHING HAPPENS!

You can send the projects to contact@hyperpad.com
What was the issue with the files Robinson fixed for you? Robinson is a member of the hyperPad team, so if he's fixed the file for you but you can't access it then thats a different issue. Sending it to contact@hyperpad.com would end up being forwarded to him again.
As for account deletion, even if you deleted the account after the fact, it doesn't make a difference, as the issue was already done when you logged into an account trying to open a file from an older account. Even if that account no longer exists, the permissions are still associated with another account.
This is why we tell people not to make a new user account if they plan to access their old files as it creates a bit of a headache due to security.
