HYPERPAD - 5 STARS!
-
Hyperpad is getting better reviews with each update... And as of this update it has 5 complete stars - it's one of those few standout apps on the App Store! I think Hyperpad is absolutely brilliant and that this chain should be up to honor the amazing work of the Hyperpad developers! Cheers!

I rated five stars as well!!!
I think they do a great job, and they answer questions very quickly!

@administrators thanks for all of the dedication you've put into Hyperpad. You've spent so much time developing the platform and community we use to create and modify and publish our games in. You make it possible to do amazing things easier and quicker than traditionally. You make it possible for anybody who uses logic and works hard to make the project of their dreams!

Thanks for the kind words! Really means a lot! :)

You guys really deserve it!

I don't understand why Hyperpad hasn't blown up yet. How does it not have over a million users? If I understand the Apple Store correctly, every Thursday (or something like that) the "featured" section gets updated with the best new apps, games, biggest updates, etc. You'd think that Hyperpad would be rolling on the top of the list on the store but it isn't. Did the App Store moderators overlook Hyperpad? I feel like so many people would want to make their own apps/games but will never get the opportunity to do so (at least not so easily) because they never found Hyperpad. I was lucky to find GamePress, and then stayed updated on Hyperpad soon after. It kind of angers you that other uncreative apps are getting featured while Hyperpad isn't. Maybe it did get featured and I just didn't see it, but I'm not sure.

I feel like the App Store is annoyed at Hyperpad. Apple really likes to be the kings of this market, and if Hyperpad blows up, then Apple loses on their royalty. They're bullies of the market and it's just not fair because Hyperpad is great, and Apple should just accept that and highlight the apps great on the Apple Store, not the apps on the App Store that're good for THEM! Their products are amazing, but they're greedy, and are making enemies with many different people :(. Oh, and did I even mention that Apple's apps are getting horrible views, but Apple is promoting them all over the App Store? This is ridicolous!

Thanks, We actually had a lot of user son GamePress, and now working on getting them back on hyperPad. As for Apple not featuring us. Well, this is partially because we don't have a big budget to spend on marketing to get their attention. We're a bit of a niche app, and it's not something they actively scour the App Store for (unlike actual games), If our users rate and review us in the App Store this really helps. Plus if you visit any tech blogs, or news sites, or other communities spreading the word about hyperPad really helps. Bloggers and journalists love hearing about app suggestions from actual users. And most importantly, make awesome stuff and tell everyone to play your games! hyperPads free now so just getting friends and family to download and play will be a big help, and once the iPhone"player" is available this will make it even easier for your to tell your friends and family to play your games.

I don't think they're annoyed. I just don't think they know about us. There hasn't really been much press about us, we haven't spent much money on marketing. Realistically we're not competing with the App Store or Apples royalties. If we blow up, that means more people making apps and games for the App Store, which means more money for Apple.
We just need the community to be more vocal. When the actual users tell others (apple, journalists, bloggers, etc.) about an app they listen and are more likely to be interested than if we reach out our selves. We really appreciate everyones kind words and passion though!

@Murtaza hmmm... I'll have to think about all you've said! I used to love Apple, but then when I started researching Apple Developement and IOS platforms, I came across very grumpy people who disapproved of Apple and persuaded me to think similiarly. I guess they don't deserve that many critics. I shouldn't jump to conclusions so quickly :(.
Now, all the support... Again, you guys deserve it! Can't stress that enough XD!
