On the German App Store, the listing for the Hyperpad app states that the following languages are supported:
Deutsch, Englisch, Japanisch, Polnisch, Spanisch, Vereinf. Chinesisch
However, when switching the iOS language from English to German, the language in the Hyperpad app does not change, and there does not appear to be any way to manually switch language from within the app.
If the app does not in fact support these other languages, they should be removed from the listing on the App Store.

- In iOS Settings, change default Language from English to German.
- Launch Hyperpad
- Note that all text remains in English
