I can see that. But why does it say preload scenes on the student tier if you can’t?

Paid for Student tier but still won’t let me preload my scenes. What gives? Shouldn’t I be able to preload my scenes now seeing as it states on the tier purchase screen that the student tier can preload scenes? Every time I go to preload it says that I have to upgrade to developer tier. Help?

The backup page is not working again for me. It opens one of the backups but it won’t let me browse or pick which one to use
