You can try AirShou. It is a good tool you can use.
Some guys recommend QuickTime. I can't see eye to eye with them.
QuickTime cannot record system audio only on your Mac screen.
If you want to record Mac desktop activity, Joyoshare Screen Recorder is pretty nice for you.
It is a reliable screen recorder mac tool.
