Is it possible to create an action with a button to attack with the sword and deal damage to the enemy? Any help would be appreciated.

you can use a sword animation with a button and then make it spawn a hitbox, that when an enemy hits the tagged hitbox, it will do the script of health loss. For the enemy, you can have it subtract a value to make health
