Cara menghapus akun FinPlus dapat dilakukan dengan menghubungi layanan pelanggan (CS) resmi melalui WhatsApp 0877-8833-6411 / 0813-7750-205 atau email untuk meminta penutupan akun permanen. Pastikan seluruh tagihan/pinjaman telah lunas, dan siapkan data diri (KTP) serta nomor HP untuk verifikasi.
