Editing projects already uploaded

Is it possible to edit the description of a project you've already uploaded? If so, how do I do this? I made a game but I forgot to add the soundtrack credit so I have to include that in the description.

@Square-Wave_Kittycat find the project in your projects and upload it again, it will become an update to the new one. Make sure it's the original project though, not a branch because otherwise it'll be uploaded as a separate project.
