For Each Multiple Tags = AND or OR ?

When using a Loop of For Each over multiple tags, is this doing a logical AND or a logical OR?
In other words if the For Each loop has two tags...
AND = only operates on those objects with both tags
OR = operates on all objects that have either of the tags

@Deeeds behaviours with multiple tags selected operate on each object in either tag, without duplication; so yes, a logical OR.
