Just when I thought the list of bugs unraveled will already be over, just found out that once you totally turn off your wifi, hyperpad still cannot let you continue to edit totally offline. Yes, it launches without asking you to sign in, but the moment you attempt yto edit any of your projects, it asks you to subscribe. Come one guys, thought you already fixed this. I am on a lifetime developer subscription. Why does the app keep on asking me to subscribe when I am offline?

@Aries29 Offline mode is a enthusiast feature. If you're not getting it, restore your purchases through the Settings. This will connect to itunes and restore the purchase that you made.
-
Also, you need to make sure that you're the project owner. If you were not the original creator of the project, you may run into those issues.
-
I'm also looking at your account and it doesn't show any verified purchase for developer.
It is only showing a failed purchase for student. What this means is hyperPad didn't get a receipt from apple/app store saying the purchase went through. This could happen if the connection dropped during the payment process in the app store.Go to your user settings in the app, and select Restore Purchase. This will automatically try to retrieve that receipt from Apple (if the purchase went through successfully in the first place).
Are you sure you made the lifetime developer purchase through the app?
-
Is anyone else having this issue? I've tried it on 3 different iPads, running 3 different versions of iOS, and 3 different user accounts and it is working correctly.
-
Can you also post a screenshot?
-
Here are the screenshots for proof. The last one shows the subscription offers when I am offline trying to edit my projects.
-
Have you pressed the restore purchase button like I suggested?
-
@murtaza i bought this app long before you changed your model into subsciption-based one. So I think it would be unfair for you guys to just leave me unable to do offline editing like this. I am NOT a free user ever since.
But it apparently shows me to be one. What is going on here...
-
No one is taking it away from you.Everyone who purchased lifetime still has it. It is still available behind the scenes so if you press restore purchase it will automatically connect to itunes/app-store and restore that purchase.
It doesn't matter that we no longer offer it, the fact that you bought it before means it will be accessible again when you press restore.

What I remember is that sometime two years ago, I bought a lifetime developer account which meant that I can use the app in perpetuity offline. It was a one time payment. Then, you changed the tiers. That's where things got blurry for me every time I log in. But since ai can work offline, I ignore it. Them recently, I subscribed for a month for the tier that has the ability to let me use my own fonts to my project because this is a part of a reasearch. I told you this ever since right? I am adamant to be hyperpad's ambassador to thousands of teachers here in the philippines or in any country should I be given the opportunity to train them once I am done with my Ph.D. I have always been your number 1 supporter here in the Philippines especially after I had the chance to talk to you and hamed back then via skype. Since then, I made it a mission to promote hyperpad through my reasearch. So I hope you could help me sort this out. I am done with the game. I am supposed to defend it this week. Ht due to these glitches and Apple's stupidity by not allowing users to roll back to an older software version, here I am stuck in a limbo, trying to figure out what went wrong in my game.

He started it then I continued it to become where it is now. Basicslly we send the game online to each other several times updating it on both our ends Aidan.

@murtaza
I tried to restore it but it won't connect. What is going on? -
I just tried to restore purchases just to test it, got stuck loading forever.
-
@murtaza Can you help me rectify this? I remembered that I bought a tier back then which is close to about 20usd. Then the developer subscription I made was just for a month when I was working on the project with Jack months ago. Maybe that's where this glitch took place. I cannot revert back to the one time payment tier that allowed offline editing which I originally bought before.

I understand that we used to have a life time developer option. My point is thats till exists. We never took it away, you still have all functionality of the developer tier even if we change the pricing or discontinue it. IF you made the purchase through the in-app purchase/app store.
Also, the current developer tier and life time developer are the exact same thing and have the exact same functionality. Meaning you always had support for fonts. ALSO, it should't have asked you to subscribe any ways since you were already developer. If you're developer you should not be seeing any pop ups asking for more purchases.
Now if you click the restore purchase button everything will restore. You don't need to roll back, you don't need to do any thing. Just press restore and the receipt will be requested from apple.

I'm not sure whether the project @Aries29 has been working on was originally made by him since it was a collaboration between him and @Jack8680, Jack may have been the one to start it.
That shouldn't matter since hes developer.. He still shouldn't be seeing a subscribe/purchase screen.

This is possible where the conflict is happening. Obviously we're trying to help you rectify the situation. We've never ignored our users. We just need to ask questions and find the true problem so we're not adding more conflicts.

@murtaza Thank you. That is why I am still here despite the hurdles along the way. I still have faith in what hyperpad can do for education so, once I manage to finish my dissertation, I intend to purchase the one time payment developer access. That way, I am fully covered and able to publish any app in the future without having to resubscribe every month.😉
I just hope you guys can issue the patch soon. By the way, can I upload videos directly now?
