would it soo hard to send .ipa files instead of the Xcode files. so its easier to export to the App Store. by using application loader and just publishing them.

Yes. That would be impossible.
IPA files are more than just files. Submitting an app to the App Store is a bit more complicated than that/

The complexities lie in Apples code-signing. It's how apple verifies apps and trusted developers. We can't do that for you, at least not with out you providing your apple developer security details. Which as you probably guessed is a security risk (for you), we also don't want to be responsible for your apple accounts, as this can get quite troublesome.

That being said, we do have some plans to simplify this process in the future. But it's not our focus right now.
