Sound Overwrite create undeleteable duplicate

Created a sound. Created a sound with the same name and saved it. It promoted an overwrite. Yes. Went to the sound folders and saw two versions of the same file (not overwritten). Deleted one and when I tried to delete the other I get a message saying something went wrong:

I used to have this with particles, maybe sounds too. Restart hyperPad and the duplicates should be gone.
