How to: Tags -> Edit and/or Delete?

The tag list doesn't seem to have this functionality when in an object.

But I assume it's somewhere in the app.

I could be wrong. I have been before.

@Deeeds Tags delete themselves automatically when absolutely no objects or behaviours have them selected.
