I received and email saying "The app you published from hyperPad is now ready"

What do I do with this?

I downloaded the files, opened the project file in Xcode and iot failed to build.

What I wanted was an app that can be played immediately on an any device.

I don't know what any of the files are for?

When I open my game in the hyperPad Viewer the game cannot be fully viewed, as if its too big for the viewer. Are there settings in the viewer that can be changed or something within hyperPad itself that should be changed in order to fit into the Viewer screen?

The learning for me to go from my already finished game to an iOS game is to large. Who is able to accomplish this?

Never mind...figured out the problem, user error

ALL sounds in ALL my games do not play...or they work but I can't hear them. I've turned up the volume, checked all my sound files, check my sound controllers...all seems to be in order.

Any ideas?

I just checked all my files and they all worked...and fast opening as well as saving!
Only one problem; the sound does not work on any of them!

Also...I've tried repeatedly to delete the maizeblue@hotmail.com account but NOTHING HAPPENS!

Robinson tried to fix permissions, but I could not access the files he sent back.

How can I fully describe my anger and frustration with this problem?

Certainly not within the bounds of civility and good manners, but this is beyond even that!

Back in April '24 I requested help with this...I received ZERO responses and ZERO help and ZERO solutions.

I suppose the support team is constantly overwhelmed, but I wonder if others are experiencing the same thing.

I ALWAYS assume user error first, or maybe its my iPad...I don't know, but at the very least I expect some sort of response or assistance since my last request for help back in April.

In the end, I'm not sure what else to do. I love this software and I do not want to switch to another, but if I can't edit my own games, what other choice do I have?

I continue to have problems trying to edit 3 of my games…I continue to get the error message: No Permissions.

RobinsonX tried to fix this about a month ago but it continues to happen…please assist, I would like to complete these games.

I apologize for asking all of this in two different threads…

I think my confusion and frustration is a result of my having both the Viewer and hyperPad on my device and trying to replicate what I am hoping my son will experience.

Also, I am still having problems with Ownership of 4 of my files, and trying to get them to the Hub. I am receiving an error message now that simply says “No Permissions”.

RobinsonX has been attempting to help but to no avail…

I’ve created some math games for my granddaughter. How do I explain to my son how to use hyperPad Viewer to get the game and play it for her?

What do I do to get the game in the proper state and place for him to access it?

Yes, confusion does happen!

What is the procedure for getting my projects ready to be played on another device with the Viewer?
Which file format plays on the Viewer?
How are those files sent to the person with the Viewer?

I can easily delete backups from my laptop....but not iPad
