Yeah, if you have both the viewer and the hyperPad app on the same device they will conflict. Because they're both capable of opening the hyperPad file. iOS doesn't have a nice way of handling this.

As for the permissions, make sure you open the project in the editor at least once. Otherwise there will be no permissions attached to them.
