Feature Request: Set BOUNCE free! Open up >100% Bounciness

There's the ability to have bounce values higher than 100% in Chipmunk, and just about every other engine on earth. Yes, it creates some weirdness, in some situations. In others, it's highly desirable. Please gimme!
