Feature Requests: Drag Select Tool

Have Pan and Zoom actions not reset selection to nothing. In other words, retain the selection when the user moves or zooms the screen with a two finger touch.
If an object is locked in position, rotation and scale, have it not be included in drag to select actions of users.
