Purchased but wont recognize i paid for it...

I Purchased Hyperpad for $15 - app still says free edition? How do i make it recognize that i have paid?...

Quick question? Why dont my transparent .png’s import transparent they all end up with a white background? When in other programs they still show that there transparent?...please help

@Knowskilz mine works fine, how exactly are you importing them and are you sure their background is transparent?
