I enabled notifications in iPad settings and on Hyperpad and I don't receive any notifications like when someone likes my projects.

I just took a look at your hyperPad account and see that you don't have a device with push notifications setup.

Try restarting hyperPad, or logout and log back in after turning on push notifications inside of iPad settings.
