I am trying to make an animation for a game i'm making in the format of png, but it wont turn transparent, what am I doing wrong?

I just really hate that we can just add video, because that could spare so much time, I litteraly needed help with my dad and raged during it because of it, I just went insane, yours truly ~a random guy from the internet (edit: i'm a new user so maybe theres something i'm missing here)
