Connection error!!

..when I CAN’T utilize that time!

So....to reiterate: I cannot OPEN THE APP!!

I cannot EDIT MY GAME!!

I left hyperpad about 2 years ato because I was frustrated with constant updates either by hyperPad or Apple, and between the two my game was going two steps forward and three steps back.

But the not being able to edit offline and now not being able to open the app at all NEVER happened before!!

Its just not worth the aggravation.......

I am experiencing issues as well, when I try to get into Hyperpad.

This message is displayed:

503 Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request.

Don’t know how people even managed to post on the forum. I couldn’t log in to post here, could only read it.

@murtaza Could hyperPad have some sort of “continue offline” option for times like this when it can’t connect to the server?

@aidan-oxley Have you been able to "save and quit" your projects, and have them save up, online?

I haven't been able to do this for a month. And am still waiting for any kind of response on how/why/when this might be fixed.

This should already be in place. But looks like a bug.

Also another thing to note.
Follow us on Facebook and twitter so you can be up to date on any potential down time. Sometimes we need to update the servers and things will temporarily be off line.
