So I create a game on the app. So what are the steps for me to put it in the Apple store...Is the game ready to be published? And monetized and what exactly if any role does Xcode play? I wish to purchase the app, but I need to know every single detail when publishing Any game I create.

Follow this guide. It’s step-by-step step and tells you exactly how to get your app on the App Store.

Basically, you press export and get sent an XCode project. The rest of the process takes place outside of hyperPad and requires a Mac running Xcode.
The steps can be found at the link @SplitMindGaming shared.
