Persisting overlays
-
Could we possibly get a way to force overlays to persist between levels? It’s something small, but it could be useful for creating a handful of loading screens and choosing one at random without having to muddy up the global UI lol. I’m sure there’s an efficient way to do it without this feature, though.

Is this not already the case? I think if you unload the overlay it will get removed. But it should stick around between scenes.
Unless you're asking while you're changing scenes keep them open?
-
@Hamed the latter is what I’m referring to, correct. Although It would be a small quality of life change and probably wouldn’t serve many purposes outside of loading screens.

I don't know if we will add this because it will complicate overall scene management

@Hamed that’s fair! I can make do lol
