Can no longer download HyperPad on Ipad

I remember purchasing the App via app store. But when i was going through my purchased list, its no longer there and App is for sell again to me. what happened to my purchase?
@Portham this has nothing to do on Hyperpads end. Chances are you purchased it from a different apple id. Under the app store on the homepage click your icon and try signing on to a different apple id. You could also not be signed in at all. If you still cant figure it out I would contact apple.
