Any help with box containers?

The documentation on them does not help at all, I'm used to variables because I know a bit of programming.

What part of the documentation isn't clear so I can update it if needed?
They work like Variables in traditional programming. -
@Murtaza How can you modify box container values? That's the part.

@Unitycube2 You can either press on the small button near the Input Field of the box container and you will be given the option to add a value that modifies it, or you can drag the output of another behaviour into the box container and it will read that.
