How to upgrade to developer tier?

I could not upgrade to developer tier, even when I tapped the button to upgrade.

Can you post a screenshot of where you're seeing the upgrade button?
We switched hyperPad to a paid app, and upgraded all user accounts for free. I took a look at your account and you do have the upgraded status with all the developer tier features.

This was for the old developer tier. Now there is no more developer tier and everyone gets all the same features. So to compensate we dropped it to 1gb of storage.
Where are you seeing it still saying 10gb of space? This should have been changed and we probably missed it.

@Murtaza on the hyperpad app. If you click on the 3 lines on the top left and click on ‘my cloud backups’ it shows the option to go to a developer tier for 10gb.
